We place great care and dedication into every stage of our 3F Plus value chain — from product formulation, raw material selection, packaging, storage systems to high-quality and disease-free breeding stock with superior productivity. Our food products are fully traceable and come with transparent information, clear usage and storage guidelines. To ensure consistent offerings, we continuously invest in upgrading our machinery and equipment, applying advanced technologies to optimize efficiency and reduce emissions, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability.

CSR Programs

At GREENFEED, we believe that sustainable development cannot be separated from the well-being of local communities and the environment. That’s why we have proactively launched a range of community-oriented programs focused on three core areas: supporting farmers, improving child nutrition, and protecting the environment.

We have connected with and supported more than 2,600 farming households — particularly rural women — by providing knowledge, equipping them with practical skills, and enabling them to gain economic independence through livestock farming.

For children in vulnerable circumstances with limited access to nutrition, we have delivered over 2.6 million nutritious meals, helping foster healthy physical and mental development across the country.

We have also carried out large-scale tree planting campaigns in 10 provinces, including Tay Ninh, Long An, Đak Nong, Dak Lak, Binh Thuan, Gia Lai, Ba Ria– Vung Tau, Vinh Long, and Ha Nam — with a total of 155,813 new trees planted nationwide.

We prioritize protecting employees’ rights in accordance with labor regulations and recognize individual contributions through clear and transparent reward and recognition policies. We also invest in a wide range of internal training programs designed to enhance employees’ skills and unlock their full potential. In collaboration with labor service providers, GREENFEED requires all partners to strictly comply with labor laws, particularly regarding employment contracts for future personnel involved in our operations.
