We continuously seek and apply innovative solutions to minimize environmental impact, while using raw materials, water resources, and renewable energy efficiently and responsibly across all our production and business operations.

Our emission sources are rigorously monitored and controlled through closed-loop treatment systems and processes. We are committed to continuously upgrading our technology and improving processes to reduce waste generation, while enhancing safe and effective recycling and reuse of waste.

Circular Economy and Sustainable Agriculture Practices

At GREENFEED, we prioritize implementing a circular economy model, creating added value at every link of our integrated 3F Plus food chain while optimizing resource use.

We maintain a rigorous process for forecasting, sourcing, quality control, inventory management, and production operations — continuously reviewing and improving our systems to ensure resources are used efficiently, effectively, and cost-optimally.

Our animal feed products are stored in silos and delivered directly to farms via bulk tank trucks, helping to maintain quality, reduce loss, and minimize packaging waste. In the food sector, we are gradually increasing the use of recyclable and reusable packaging materials.

We have transitioned our boiler systems to biomass fuel and installed motor inverters and power factor correction systems to reduce energy loss, while capturing waste heat for reuse in production. All our farms are equipped with rooftop solar power systems and biogas or biomass-powered generators.

Treated wastewater — meeting the QCVN 01-195:2022/BNNPTNT standard — is reused for irrigation, cooling, and cleaning livestock facilities. Livestock waste is separated and recovered for organic matter, then composted to produce organic fertilizer.

GREENFEED aspires to be a vital contributor to building a greener, more sustainable agriculture sector in Vietnam.
