  • Define ownership and responsibilities for data collection, review and approval.
  • Improve the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and traceability of data.
  • Report regularly to the appropriate governance level.
  • Disclose sustainability information in line with the scope and standards GREENFEED chooses to apply.

  • Raise awareness of data security and information security.

Key practices in 2025

  • The Group’s Sustainable Development Committee oversees implementation of the ESG roadmap; the Sustainable Development Division provides expert advice and monitors performance across each sector.
  • Risk is managed under the Three Lines of Defense model, with Environment, Social and Governance as one of the key risk categories.
  • The Code of Conduct was updated; the whistleblowing channel ethics@greenfeed.com.vn keeps reporter information confidential and protects reporters.
  • Suppliers are assessed under the 80/20 principle (80% of materials from 20% of key suppliers); the 2030 target is a 20% increase in sustainable materials meeting ISCC standards.
  • Operations are digitalized with DigiFarm and DigiSales, integrated with ERP SAP and the data platform.
