Poultry market on July 23rd: Ri chicken prices continued to increase slightly in the North, Mia chicken prices continued to decrease in the Northern provinces, Minh Du chicken prices remained stable, while duck meat prices continued to fall compared to yesterday.
- Ri chicken prices in the North increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading in the range of 40,500 – 43,500 VND/kg.
- Mia chicken prices in the North decreased by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating in the range of 40,000 – 46,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Central region also recorded a decrease of nearly 1,000 VND/kg, currently trading in the range of 35,000 – 36,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 40,500 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. Prices in the Central region remained stable in the range of 39,000 – 39,500 VND/kg. Southern provinces also recorded no price fluctuations today, with traders currently buying at around 39,750 – 41,000 VND/kg in the Southeast region and 40,000 – 42,000 VND/kg in the Southwest region.
- The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 37,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday. The North recorded no price fluctuations, currently around 32,500 – 34,750 VND/kg. The Central region decreased by 750 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently at 34,000 – 44,500 VND/kg. The Southeast region decreased by 250 VND/kg, trading in the range of 41,000 – 45,500 VND/kg, while the Southwest region remained stable at 44,500 – 46,000 VND/kg.
