Meanwhile, the downward trend in duck meat prices has slowed, and positive signs are appearing in the Southeast region. Other regions recorded no price changes on May 13th.
- Ri Lai chicken prices in the North remained unchanged on May 12th compared to yesterday, with traders currently buying Ri Lai chickens at around 48,500-50,000 VND/kg.
- Mia Lai chicken prices in the North also remained unchanged today, with the average price of Mia Lai chicken in the North currently ranging from 49,500-50,500 VND/kg.
- Minh Du chicken prices increased in the South. Accordingly, the Central provinces recorded no price fluctuations on May 12th, with the average price across the region currently at 43,500 – 45,500 VND/kg. On the other hand, the Southern provinces recorded an increase of 500 – 2,000 VND/kg on May 13th, currently trading in the range of 44,000 – 46,000 VND/kg in the Southeast region and around 43,500 – 44,500 VND/kg in the Southwest provinces.
- Duck meat prices on May 12th recorded a slight increase in some Southeast provinces. Specifically, the Northern region maintained its price today, currently around 27,000 – 28,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Central region remained unchanged on May 13th, currently ranging from 30,000 to 32,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region increased slightly by 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently hovering around 33,000 to 34,000 VND/kg, while prices in the Southwest region remained stable at 33,000 to 33,500 VND/kg.
