Poultry prices on June 30th showed mixed trends. Ri chicken prices continued to fall, Mia chicken prices recovered slightly in the North, Minh Du chicken prices remained stable, while duck meat prices surged across the board.
- Ri chicken prices in the North decreased by 750 VND/kg compared to yesterday. The common purchase price currently ranges from 40,000 to 42,500 VND/kg.
- Mia chicken prices in the North on June 30th increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, commonly ranging from 44,500 to 46,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, prices in the Central region remained stable at 42,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 43,500 VND/kg, remaining stable compared to yesterday. Traders are currently purchasing Minh Du chicken in Central Vietnam at around 41,750 – 44,000 VND/kg, 44,250 – 44,250 VND/kg in the Southeast region, and 43,500 – 44,000 VND/kg in the Southwestern provinces.
- The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 44,000 VND/kg, an increase of 750 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Prices in Northern Vietnam decreased by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating between 42,250 – 44,250 VND/kg. Conversely, prices in Central Vietnam increased by 1,250 VND/kg, currently reaching 42,500 – 46,500 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices increased sharply by 3,750 VND/kg to 45,500 – 48,000 VND/kg. In the Southwest region, prices also increased by 3,500 VND/kg compared to June 29th, currently ranging from 44,500 – 47,000 VND/kg.
