Poultry market on July 29th: Ri chicken prices increased slightly in the North; Mia chicken prices remained stable in the North but decreased slightly in the Central provinces; Minh Du chicken prices continued to fall in the Southern provinces; while duck meat prices remained stable nationwide.
- Ri chicken prices in the North increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading in the range of 42,000 – 44,500 VND/kg.
- Mia chicken prices remained stable in the North, fluctuating between 41,500 – 48,000 VND/kg. In the Central provinces, prices decreased slightly by 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, commonly trading at 35,000 – 35,500 VND/kg.
- The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 39,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Prices in Central Vietnam remained stable at 38,500 – 39,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region decreased by 500 VND/kg, trading in the range of 38,000 – 39,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southwest region also decreased by 500 VND/kg, generally around 38,000 – 41,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 37,000 VND/kg, remaining stable compared to yesterday. Prices in the North maintained a level of 31,000 – 33,500 VND/kg. Prices in Central Vietnam remained stable at 32,000 – 44,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region remained stable at 42,000 – 47,000 VND/kg, while prices in the Southwest region continued to be stable at 46,500 – 48,000 VND/kg.
