On July 24, 2026, pork prices recorded a slight decrease

Pork prices on July 24th recorded a slight decrease in some areas of Northern Vietnam but a slight increase in some provinces of the Southwestern region. The nationwide price range fluctuated between 61,500 and 64,500 VND/kg, averaging 63,000 VND/kg, remaining stable compared to yesterday but still 1,500 VND/kg lower than the same period last week.

  • Northern Vietnam: Average pork price reached 63,000 VND/kg, down 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 2,000 VND/kg lower than last week. Common transaction prices ranged from 62,500 to 64,500 VND/kg.
  • Central and Central Highlands regions: Average pork price reached 62,000 VND/kg, remaining stable compared to yesterday but 2,000 VND/kg lower than last week. Common purchase prices range from 61,500 to 63,000 VND/kg.
  • Southern Region: The Southeast region maintained an average price of 62,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday and 1,250 VND/kg lower than last week. The Southwest region increased by 500 VND/kg, reaching 63,000 VND/kg, but is still 250 VND/kg lower than the same period last week. Common transaction prices in the Southern region are currently in the range of 62,000 – 63,500 VND/kg.
  • The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to the GREENFEED standard process) is currently at 64,000 VND/kg, about 1,150 VND/kg higher than the national average pig price, continuing to maintain its advantage in quality and farming efficiency.
