- Northern region: Live pig prices on June 3rd decreased by 500 VND/kg in some provinces and cities, bringing the purchase price across the region to 66,500 – 68,500 VND/kg, nearly 1,000 VND/kg lower than the same period last week.
- Central and Central Highlands regions: The downward trend continues in most provinces and cities, with a decrease of approximately 500-1,000 VND/kg. Currently, traders are purchasing live pigs at 64,000-65,500 VND/kg, a price nearly 2,200 VND/kg lower than the price recorded during the same period last week.
- Southern region: Live pig prices on June 3rd also recorded a decrease of 500-1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Traders are currently purchasing pigs at around 64,000-64,500 VND/kg, a price nearly 3,200 VND/kg lower than the price recorded during the same period last week.
- Pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed’s standard process, with meat quality receiving many positive reviews from traders, are currently selling for 500-1,000 VND/kg higher than the average price offered by other companies.
