On July 21, 2026, poultry prices showed mixed trends

The poultry market on July 21st saw mixed trends. Ri chicken prices continued to rise in the North; Mia chicken prices increased slightly in the North and remained stable in the Central region; Minh Du chicken prices decreased slightly in the Southwest; duck prices continued to fall in the North and Central regions but recovered strongly in the Southern provinces.

• Ri chicken prices in the North increased by 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading in the range of 40,000 – 42,500 VND/kg.
• Mia chicken prices in the North increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating between 41,500 – 46,500 VND/kg. In the Central region, prices remained stable, commonly trading at 36,500 – 37,500 VND/kg
• The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 40,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. In Central Vietnam, prices today remain unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 39,000 – 39,500 VND/kg. The Southeast region recorded no new fluctuations, trading in the range of 39,750 – 41,000 VND/kg. The Southwest region decreased by more than 500 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 40,000 – 42,500 VND/kg.
• The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 37,500 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. The North decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, currently around 32,500 – 34,750 VND/kg. The Central region decreased by 1,500 VND/kg, trading in the range of 35,500 – 43,500 VND/kg. Conversely, prices in the Southeast and Southwest regions both increased sharply by 2,000 VND/kg, currently reaching 41,000 – 46,000 VND/kg in the Southeast and 44,500 – 46,000 VND/kg in the Southwest.
