On September 14, 2026 Ri chicken prices decreased slightly

On September 14th, the poultry market saw a slight decrease in Ri chicken prices in the Northern provinces, while Mia chicken prices remained relatively stable compared to yesterday. Minh Du chicken prices increased in the Central and Southern provinces, while duck meat prices decreased in the North, Central, and Southeastern regions but increased sharply in the Southwestern region.

  • Ri chicken prices in the North decreased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading in the range of 43,000 – 46,000 VND/kg.
  • Mia chicken prices in the North remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating between 46,000 – 47,500 VND/kg. In the Central region, Mia chicken prices continued to be stable at 40,500 VND/kg.
  • The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 38,000 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Prices in Central Vietnam increased by 250 VND/kg, currently trading in the range of 35,500 – 40,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast increased by 500 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 35,500 – 36,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southwest increased by 500 VND/kg, commonly ranging from 36,000 – 39,000 VND/kg.
  • The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 43,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Prices in Northern Vietnam decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, currently trading in the range of 44,500 – 46,500 VND/kg. Prices in Central Vietnam decreased by 1,250 VND/kg, currently hovering around 35,500 – 43,000 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices decreased by 1,250 VND/kg, currently ranging from 35,500 to 37,500 VND/kg. Conversely, prices in the Southwest region increased sharply by 2,000 VND/kg, bringing the purchase price to 43,000 to 46,500 VND/kg.
