Nationwide pork purchase prices currently range from 56,000 to 59,500 VND/kg, averaging 58,500 VND/kg, unchanged from September 3rd and 500 VND/kg higher than the same period last week.

  • Northern region: Average pork price reached 58,500 VND/kg, with no price change compared to yesterday. The prevailing price range is 58,000 – 59,000 VND/kg.
  • Central and Central Highlands region: Average pork price reached 59,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg higher than the same period last week. The prevailing purchase price ranges from 57,000 to 59,500 VND/kg.
  • Southern Region: The average price in the Southeast region reached 56,500 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 500 VND/kg compared to the same period last week. The average price in the Southwest region reached 58,500 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to September 3rd and 500 VND/kg compared to the same period last week. Current transaction prices in the Southern region range from 56,000 to 59,000 VND/kg.
  • The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to the GREENFEED standard process) is currently 59,000 VND/kg, approximately 950 VND/kg higher than the market price, continuing to maintain its advantage due to the high quality of the meat, which is highly valued by traders.
