On September 3rd, the poultry market saw stable prices for Ri and Mia chickens in Northern Vietnam compared to September 2nd. Minh Du chicken prices decreased slightly in most areas nationwide. Meanwhile, duck meat prices increased slightly in the Southeast region while remaining stable in other areas.
- Ri chicken prices in Northern Vietnam on September 3rd remained stable at around 45,500 – 48,500 VND/kg.
- Mia chicken prices in Northern Vietnam showed no change today, currently fluctuating between 45,500 – 48,000 VND/kg. In Central Vietnam, Mia chicken prices remained stable at 40,500 VND/kg.
- The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 38,000 VND/kg, a decrease of 500 VND/kg compared to September 2nd. In Central Vietnam, prices decreased by 250 VND/kg, currently ranging from 36,000 to 39,500 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices decreased by 500 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 36,000 and 37,500 VND/kg. In the Southwest region, prices also decreased by 500 VND/kg, commonly ranging from 37,000 to 38,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 45,000 VND/kg, remaining unchanged compared to September 2nd. Prices in Northern Vietnam remained stable at around 44,500 to 46,000 VND/kg. Prices in Central Vietnam showed no change, currently fluctuating around 43,500 to 44,500 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region increased by 500 VND/kg, currently reaching 43,000 to 45,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southwest region remain stable, with traders currently buying at around 45,500 – 46,000 VND/kg.
