1.PIG PRICE
Pork prices on July 31st showed a slight recovery in the North and Central regions, while the Southeast region continued to decline. The nationwide price range fluctuated between 60,000 and 63,000 VND/kg, averaging 61,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday but still 1,250 VND/kg lower than the same period last week.
- Northern region: Average pork price reached 62,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg lower than last week. Common transaction prices ranged from 62,000 to 63,000 VND/kg.
- Central and Central Highlands region: Average pork price reached 60,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday but still 1,500 VND/kg lower than last week. Common purchase prices range from 60,000 to 61,500 VND/kg.
- Southern Region: The average price in the Southeast region reached 61,000 VND/kg, down 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,250 VND/kg compared to last week. The Southwest region maintained a price of 61,500 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday but 2,000 VND/kg lower than the same period last week. Common transaction prices in the Southern region are currently in the range of 60,500 – 61,500 VND/kg.
- The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to the GREENFEED standard process) is currently 62,500 VND/kg, approximately 850 VND/kg higher than the national average live pig price, continuing to maintain its advantage in quality and farming efficiency.

2.POULTRY PRICE
Poultry market on July 31st: Ri chicken prices increased in Northern provinces; Mia chicken prices slightly decreased; Minh Du chicken prices increased again in most areas nationwide, and duck meat prices continued to rise across the country.
- Ri chicken prices in the North increased by 750 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently reaching 43,000 – 45,500 VND/kg.
- Mia chicken prices in the North decreased slightly by 250 VND/kg, currently around 42,500 – 47,000 VND/kg. Conversely, Central Vietnam saw an increase of 500 VND/kg, fluctuating around 35,500 – 36,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 39,000 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. In Central Vietnam, prices increased by 250 VND/kg, fluctuating between 37,000 and 38,500 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices increased by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently reaching 38,000-38,500 VND/kg. In the Southwest region, prices increased by 500 VND/kg, generally around 38,000-41,000 VND/kg.
- The average price of duck meat nationwide is around 38,500 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. In Northern Vietnam, prices increased sharply by 2,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, with traders buying at around 33,500-35,500 VND/kg. In Central Vietnam, prices increased by 750 VND/kg, generally ranging from 35,000-44,500 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices increased slightly by 250 VND/kg, currently reaching 42,500 – 47,000 VND/kg, while in the Southwest region, prices remained stable at 46,500 – 48,000 VND/kg.
