On June 22, 2026 poultry prices showed mixed developments

Poultry prices on June 22nd showed mixed trends across different product lines. Ri chicken prices continued to rise, while Mia and Minh Du chicken prices both decreased. Duck meat prices remained generally stable nationwide but showed clear differentiation between regions.

  • Ri chicken prices in the North reached 44,000 VND/kg, an increase of 750 VND/kg compared to yesterday. The current common purchase price ranges from 42,500 to 45,500 VND/kg.
  • Mia chicken prices decreased in both the North and Central regions. In the North, prices fell by 500 VND/kg, currently trading commonly between 46,000 and 47,500 VND/kg. In the Central region, prices dropped sharply by 1,000 VND/kg, fluctuating around 44,500 to 45,000 VND/kg.
  • The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 45,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. In Central Vietnam, the price decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, currently ranging from 43,500 to 44,500 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, the price decreased by 500 VND/kg, trading around 46,500 to 47,500 VND/kg; while in the Southwest region, the price dropped sharply by 1,000 VND/kg, currently ranging from 45,500 to 47,500 VND/kg.
  • The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 40,500 VND/kg, the same as yesterday. In Northern Vietnam, the price decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 40,500 and 42,500 VND/kg. Prices in Central Vietnam increased by 500 VND/kg, commonly ranging from 38,500 to 42,500 VND/kg. The Southeast region saw a sharp increase of 1,500 VND/kg, trading at 38,000 to 39,000 VND/kg; the Southwest region also increased by 1,500 VND/kg, currently commonly ranging from 37,500 to 38,000 VND/kg.
