​​​​​​​​​​​​​Having been with GreenFeed since 2012, Mr. Lan Vuong pioneered the livestock model in the Iachim area (Kontum) and successfully applied it to a farm scale of up to 1000 sows and 2400 meat pigs. Together with GREENFEED, Mr. Lan Vuong has gradually brought the livestock model in the Iachim area from backward to modern, improving the lives of local people.

Realizing that there were many people raising livestock in the area but there was no place to supply bran. In 2012, after “calling for capital” from his wife for 20 million, Mr. Lan Vuong decided to “take a risk” by importing more bran to sell at his grocery store so that it would be easier for people to buy. Mr. Lan Vuong shared: “On the first day, I only dared to import 50 bags of bran, taking less profit than other places, but it was all sold out within 1 hour. When people started to know about it, there were days when I sold hundreds of bags. “Riding on the momentum”, from a scale of 10-20 tons/year, thanks to my wife’s support, I was determined to develop a bran agency”.​​​​​​​

After doing business for a while, Mr. Lan Vuong saw that farmers really loved 5-Star feed. He began his journey to learn about GREENFEED's animal feed. That was also the opportunity for him to meet GREENFEED brothers and the animal husbandry profession until now.

Later, he realized that besides choosing quality animal feed, there are many factors that affect productivity. Many people in the area raise pigs, but the method is still outdated, resulting in low productivity and not highly appreciated by traders. Based on that concern, he began to learn more from experts to be able to advise people.

From a person who knew nothing about livestock farming, Mr. Lan Vuong proactively sought out GREENFEED with the desire to learn about the 3-pillar integrated livestock farming model. This is a model that ensures standard input with superior breeds - GREENFEED standard livestock farming process, modern, optimal - quality commercial output.

At first, he encountered many difficulties in convincing people to change their livestock farming model. He shared: “Most people refused, some even chased them away because they thought I was talking nonsense. I thought, if people don't believe, why don't I pioneer in applying the GREENFEED livestock farming model? So I decided to discuss with GREENFEED brothers to start”

In 2016-2017, pork prices suddenly dropped, Mr. Lan Vuong realized that this was an opportunity to "strike fast, win fast". He spent all his assets to focus on developing his livestock business. Thanks to the help of Mr. Nguyen Cong Khanh - GREENFEED employee, the first barn with an area of 3000m2 was completed in just 32 days. By 2019, fortunately, pork prices increased dramatically, which was also the time he completed the barn model. In phase 1 (October 2020), he quickly developed 400 sows, 600 meat, and now up to a thousand sows.

Mr. Lan Vuong shared: "The happiest thing is helping customers overcome the epidemic season, reducing losses thanks to converting the model from before. At that time, many people began to trust and stick with me. Especially after 2019, most of the barns in the area are attached to the GREENFEED model".

From a support staff, Mr. Khanh gradually became a like-minded companion thanks to his fiery spirit and close, hard-working personality. Seeing each other as brothers in the family, Mr. Lan Vuong shared: “Whenever Mr. Khanh comes over, the whole family doesn't hesitate to sit down and eat together. From such intimate meals, the brothers gradually understood each other, collaborated and bonded until now. People still say "no argument, no friendship", after many conflicts, Mr. Khanh became the most trusted partner of Mr. Khanh, typically when Mr. Khanh calculated salaries for Mr. Lan's employees as "family". Or difficult tasks like the recent time Mr. Lan built a 3000m2 camp, Mr. Khanh "took care of everything" in terms of managing materials and construction workers. With things like this, even family members might not trust him, but with Mr. Khanh, Mr. Lan completely trusts him."

Working with many employees from GREENFEED, Mr. Lan Vuong feels very satisfied because everyone is professionally trained, from professional skills to persuasion and customer care. Mr. Lan Vuong shares: “Like going to sell products, GREENFEED employees focus on giving development directions to farm owners instead of talking much about products and prices. This makes customers feel that GREENFEED really cares about their business, not just about sales. In addition, what he likes most when working with GREENFEED employees is the spirit of playing hard, working with great enthusiasm, and getting the job done right”.

Mr. Lan Vuong recalls the story in 2017, thanks to their quick response and professional skills, GREENFEED employees warned and supported him carefully before the pandemic, helping him solve the economic problem in time so that he and his customers can develop together as they are now.

Currently, Mr. Lan Vuong's farm and business model can operate on its own with a team of well-trained and experienced staff and technicians. This is also the achievement that he and GREENFEED have built over the past 10 years. Not only Mr. Lan Vuong's farm, the economic efficiency of livestock farming of people in the Iachim region has also been improved and developed continuously thanks to modern equipment, ensuring bio-safety, not being infected with ASF, and increasing productivity.
