JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assign daily work to Zones and members in the Zone
- Manage employees and workers: supervise, guide, reward, discipline daily work
- Discuss and guide workers if they are found to be not following the care and feeding process
- Develop and propose a Welfare program (salary, bonus) for camp workers
- Weekly meetings on workers' living, eating, and entertainment to remind and encourage
- Monthly meetings on workers' living, eating, and entertainment to remind and encourage
- Organize bonding meals after weekly meetings on workers' living, eating, and entertainment
- Discuss camp rules and regulations with new employees when entering the camp
- Monthly meetings on livestock results of each house and zone and clarify the results to finalize with the person in charge of house, area
- Monthly meeting on the results of livestock farming of each house, area and the whole to finalize with the Farm Owner, Manager or authorized person
- Implement and record livestock production activities to achieve the target livestock productivity on farms using the company's services.
- Analyze, find the cause, propose solutions with relevant levels and departments to implement improvements in livestock productivity.
- Consult, evaluate facilities, processes, compliance, and implementation of Biosafety of farms
- Consult, evaluate facilities, processes, compliance, and implementation of vaccination programs, veterinary medicine for proactive disease prevention as well as treatment for livestock.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in managing and preventing risks in farm operations such as production safety, financial safety, disease safety, and emergency situations.
- Responsible for receiving, resolving, and providing professional advice on customer complaints about the service
- Creating good relationships with partners and customers to improve service quality so that business cooperation is smooth as well as helping customers and partners spread the service in the market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university/college/secondary school in the following fields: Veterinarian, Animal Husbandry Engineer, CNTY
- Staying and working in the farm
- Having >= 6 months of professional experience and awareness of farm management
- Working area: farm systems in provinces and cities nationwide (will discuss specifically during the interview).
