On July 30, 2026, pork prices recorded a decrease, while Ri chicken and Mia chicken prices continued to increase slightly

1.PIG PRICE

Pork prices on July 30th decreased in some provinces in Central and Southern Vietnam. The nationwide price ranged from 60,000 to 63,000 VND/kg, averaging 61,500 VND/kg, down 250 VND/kg from yesterday and 1,500 VND/kg lower than the same period last week.

  • Northern Vietnam: Average pork price reached 62,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday but 1,250 VND/kg lower than last week. Common transaction prices ranged from 61,500 to 63,000 VND/kg.
  • Central Vietnam – Central Highlands: Average pork price reached 60,500 VND/kg, down 500 VND/kg from yesterday and 2,000 VND/kg compared to last week. Common purchase prices range from 60,000 to 61,000 VND/kg.
  • Southern Region: The average price in the Southeast region reached 61,000 VND/kg, down 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg compared to last week. The average price in the Southwest region reached 61,500 VND/kg, down 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,500 VND/kg lower than the same period last week. Common transaction prices in the Southern region are currently in the range of 60,500 – 61,500 VND/kg.
  • The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to the GREENFEED standard process) is currently 62,500 VND/kg, about 750 VND/kg higher than the national average price of live pigs, continuing to maintain its advantage in quality and farming efficiency.

2.POULTRY PRICE

Poultry market on July 30th: Prices of Ri and Mia chickens continued to increase slightly in the North; Minh Du chicken prices decreased sharply nationwide. On the other hand, duck meat prices showed a rebound in the Central and Northern regions, but continued to decrease slightly in the Southwestern provinces.

  • Ri chicken prices in the North increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading in the range of 42,500 – 44,500 VND/kg.
  • Mia chicken prices in the North increased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating in the range of 41,500 – 48,500 VND/kg. In the Central region, prices remained stable at 35,000 – 35,500 VND/kg.
  • The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 38,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Prices in Central Vietnam decreased sharply by 1,500 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 37,000 and 37,500 VND/kg. The Southeast region also saw a decrease of 1,500 VND/kg, trading in the range of 37,250 to 37,500 VND/kg. The Southwest region decreased by 500 VND/kg, currently commonly around 37,000 to 40,500 VND/kg.
  • The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 37,500 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday. The North increased by 500 VND/kg, currently reaching 31,500 to 34,500 VND/kg. The Central region saw a sharp increase of 2,250 VND/kg, bringing the purchase price in the area to 34,000 to 44,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region remained stable at around 42,000 – 47,000 VND/kg, while in the Southwest region, prices decreased slightly by 250 VND/kg, currently ranging from 46,500 – 48,000 VND/kg.
