On May 14, 2026, pork prices remained stable, while colored chicken prices recorded a rebound

1.PIG PRICE

Today, May 14th, live pig prices remain stable nationwide, trading at around 67,500 – 69,000 VND/kg, nearly 1,200 VND/kg higher than last week’s prices. The price difference between the North and South has narrowed significantly, now only 1,000 – 2,000 VND/kg.

• Northern region: Live pig prices showed no change today, May 14th, fluctuating between 67,500 – 68,000 VND/kg, nearly 2,000 VND/kg higher than the same period last week.
• Central and Central Highlands regions: Prices remained stable in today’s trading session, with traders in the region purchasing live pigs at around 68,000 – 68,500 VND/kg, still nearly 800 VND/kg higher than last week.
• Southern regions: Prices continued to remain stable on May 14th, with traders currently purchasing pigs at around 68,500 – 69,000 VND/kg, similar to the prices recorded during the same period last week.
• Live pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed’s standard process, with meat quality receiving many positive reviews from traders, are currently selling at a price 500 – 1,000 VND/kg higher than the average price of other companies.

2.POULTRY PRICE

On May 14th, colored chicken prices saw a rebound in both Northern and Southern provinces. Conversely, duck meat prices reversed and decreased in the Southwestern provinces. Other regions recorded no price fluctuations on May 14th.

• Northern Ri chicken prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday, with traders currently buying Ri chicken at around 48,500 – 50,000 VND/kg.
• Northern Mia chicken prices increased by 500 – 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Accordingly, the average price of Mia chicken in the North is currently around 50,500 – 51,500 VND/kg.
• Minh Du chicken prices continued their upward trend in Southern provinces. Meanwhile, Central provinces have not yet recorded any price fluctuations, with the average price across the region currently at 43,500 – 45,500 VND/kg. On the other hand, Southern provinces continued to record increases today, with a rise of approximately 500 VND/kg. Currently, traders are buying at around 44,000 – 46,000 VND/kg in the Southeast region and around 44,000 – 45,000 VND/kg in the Southwestern provinces.
• Duck meat prices reversed and decreased on May 14th in the Southwestern provinces. Specifically, Northern provinces maintained prices today, currently around 27,000 – 28,000 VND/kg. Central provinces saw no change in price on May 14th, currently being purchased at around 30,000 – 32,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southeast region remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently around 33,000 – 34,000 VND/kg, while in the Southwest region, prices decreased by 1,000 – 2,000 VND/kg, now around 31,000 – 32,000 VND/kg.
