1.PIG PRICE

Pork prices on July 10th recorded a slight increase in most regions nationwide. The average price across the country ranged from 62,500 to 66,500 VND/kg, reaching an average of 64,500 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg higher than the same period last week.

• Northern region: The average pork price reached 65,500 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg higher than last week. Common transaction prices ranged from 64,500 to 66,500 VND/kg.
• Central and Central Highlands region: The average pork price reached 63,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,250 VND/kg higher than last week. Common purchase prices range from 63,000 to 63,500 VND/kg.
• Southern Region: The Southeast region averaged 62,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday and 1,250 VND/kg higher than last week. The Southwest region maintained a price of 63,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday and 1,000 VND/kg higher than the same period last week. Common transaction prices in the Southern region are currently in the range of 62,500 – 63,500 VND/kg.
• The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to the GREENFEED standard process) currently reaches 65,500 VND/kg, 1,100 VND/kg higher than the national average pig price, continuing to maintain a positive difference thanks to the quality and uniformity of the pig herd.

2.POULTRY PRICE

On July 10th, the poultry market saw slight price decreases for Ri and Mia chickens in the North; Minh Du chicken prices decreased slightly in the Central and Southeastern regions but increased in the Western provinces; on the other hand, duck meat prices increased again in the Southern provinces.

• Ri chicken prices in the North decreased by 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently trading between 36,000 and 40,000 VND/kg. Prices in other regions have not yet been updated.
• Mia chicken prices in the North decreased by 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating between 40,500 and 44,500 VND/kg. No price changes were recorded in the Central region, trading commonly at 37,000 to 37,500 VND/kg.
• The average price of Minh Du chicken nationwide reached 42,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday. In Central Vietnam, Minh Du chicken prices decreased by 500 VND/kg today compared to yesterday, currently fluctuating between 39,500 and 40,500 VND/kg. The Southeast region also saw a decrease of 500 VND/kg, trading in the range of 41,750 to 42,750 VND/kg. Meanwhile, the Southwest region increased by 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently reaching 42,500 to 45,000 VND/kg.
• The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 44,500 VND/kg, an increase of 250 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Northern Vietnam remained stable, trading in the range of 41,750 to 44,750 VND/kg. Central Vietnam increased by 250 VND/kg, commonly ranging from 44,500 to 48,000 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices increased sharply by 1,000 VND/kg, currently trading in the range of 45,500 – 47,500 VND/kg. In the Southwest region, prices increased by 500 VND/kg, commonly ranging from 46,500 – 47,500 VND/kg.
