1. STARTING FROM A SMALL BUSINESS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME TO GREENFEED

Entering the animal feed business during the period when small-scale livestock models were still popular, Mr. and Mrs. Sinh So, as well as many other initial agents, traded many products to meet market demand and sourced goods through large local distributors. But as time passed, the feed output only reached 20-30 tons/month.

In 2012, after deciding to cooperate and distribute GREENFEED animal feed products, they began to work with the GF livestock consulting team to implement activities to import breeds and provide technical support to increase productivity and efficiency for farmers. At the same time, they also built a small farm of 100-200 self-raised pigs.

2. THE BUSINESS JOURNEY ALWAYS HAS GREENFEED ANIMAL FEED COMPANY ACCOMPANYING AND SUPPORTING

The period of 2014-2015 marked the premise for business development when the source of pork exported to China was favorable, with many new pig farming models of 150-200 pigs coming into operation. Business output reached 80-100 tons/month. However, after this period, pig prices dropped sharply due to difficulties in exporting to China, farmers reduced their herds and left their barns empty. After discussing with company staff and agreeing on a common direction, the customer decided to implement new business plans to support farmers to continue raising pigs through activities that commit to basic pig farming profits for farmers concerned about prices, or small-scale contract farming models or joint-capital farming models. Along with that are the activities of implementing training to transfer knowledge of livestock farming, breeds, biosafety processes, and livestock farming experience from the GreenFeed technical team.

These activities have helped the agent accompany and have a sympathetic view of the farmers, thereby making the farmers more confident and secure when cooperating. The number of farmers coming to her is increasing day by day, there are times when she accompanies 80-90 household customers to help her maintain the business model and overcome the most difficult period with the farmers.

Entering the period of 2019-2020, along with the orientation of developing a standard farm system of GREEENFEED, Mr. Sinh So and the company's staff deployed programs to build standard farm models for pigs and ducks. With this orientation, duck farm models of 3,000-5,000 ducks and farm systems of 10,000-20,000 ducks have been built and put into operation. Along with that are activities to support farmers in upgrading and converting pig pens from open to cold with a scale of 600-1,200 pigs.

At the same time, she also built a pig farm with a scale of 450 breeding sows to provide breeding pigs and a family cold duck farm system.
Up to now, the total number of livestock partners that they are serving is from 25-30 people with a total pig herd of over 12,000 pigs, a duck herd on a standard farm system of up to 150 thousand pigs along with a broiler herd of 30 thousand chickens, helping them always increase their output and reach an average of 900-1,000 tons/month by 2022.

With a business model focusing on key customers and supporting activities, accompanying farmers through livestock solutions with GF, the business model of the couple has continuously grown and is a sustainable business model.
