1.PIG PRICE
Today, April 10th, live pig prices have risen again in the Central and Southeastern provinces. According to the latest reports, live pigs are being bought and sold at around 62,500 – 68,000 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg compared to yesterday and nearly 1,000 VND/kg higher than last week. The South continues to have the highest prices nationwide.
In the Northern region: live pig prices remained stable on April 10th, with the average price across the region currently at 62,000 – 63,000 VND/kg, 1,000 VND/kg higher than the price recorded at the same time last week.
Central and Central Highlands regions: Live pig prices reversed course and increased slightly by 500-1,000 VND/kg today, bringing the average purchase price in the region to 63,500-66,500 VND/kg, an increase of nearly 1,500 VND/kg compared to last week.
Southern region: Live pig prices in the Southeast region increased by 500-1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, but remained stable in the Southwest region. Accordingly, the price at which traders purchased pigs fluctuated between 67,000-68,000 VND/kg, nearly 1,000 VND/kg higher than the same time last week.
Pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed’s standard process, with meat quality receiving many positive reviews from traders, are currently selling for 500-1,000 VND/kg higher than the average price offered by other companies.

2.POULTRY PRICE
Northern Ri chicken prices reversed course and increased sharply by 1,500 VND/kg in the North Red River Delta region, but remained stable in the South Red River Delta provinces, bringing the price for traders in the region to 50,500 – 52,000 VND/kg.
Northern Mia chicken prices continued to hold steady on April 10th. Accordingly, the average price of Mia chicken in the North is currently fluctuating between 49,500 – 51,000 VND/kg.
Minh Du chicken prices saw a slight decrease on April 10th in the Central provinces. Accordingly, Minh Du chicken prices in the Central region recorded a decrease of about 1,000 VND/kg, currently at 42,500 – 43,000 VND/kg. Prices in the Southern region remained stable on April 10th, with traders buying at around 36,500 – 37,500 VND/kg in the Southeast and 39,000 – 40,000 VND/kg in the Southwest.
Duck meat prices decreased in the Northern and Central regions on April 10th. Specifically, prices in the North decreased by 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently at 29,500 – 30,500 VND/kg. Prices in the Central region decreased by 500 VND/kg, currently fluctuating between 34,500 – 36,500 VND/kg. Prices remained stable in Southern provinces today, with duck meat prices in the Southeast region currently at 38,000 – 44,000 VND/kg and 44,000 – 45,000 VND/kg in the Southwestern provinces.
