1.PIG PRICE
Pork prices on April 7th saw an increase in some provinces in the Northern region, while other areas remained relatively unchanged compared to the previous trading session. Market prices are currently fluctuating between 62,500 and 67,500 VND/kg, an increase of 200 VND/kg compared to April 6th and approximately 500 VND/kg higher than last week.
In the Northern region: a slight increase of 500 VND/kg was recorded in some provinces, bringing the overall price level across the region to 62,000 – 63,000 VND/kg. This represents an increase of nearly 800 VND/kg compared to the price recorded at the same time last week.
Central and Central Highlands regions: Live pig prices remained unchanged today, currently trading in the range of 63,000 – 65,500 VND/kg, but this price is still nearly 300 VND/kg lower than last week.
Southern regions: Prices continued to remain stable in most provinces and cities, with traders currently purchasing live pigs at around 66,500 – 67,500 VND/kg, the same price as recorded at the same time last week.
Live pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed’s standard process and receiving positive feedback from traders, are currently selling at a price 500 – 1,000 VND/kg higher than the average price of other companies.

2.GIÁ GIA CẦM
The price of Ri chicken increased slightly by 500 VND/kg in the provinces north of the Red River Delta, but remained stable in the provinces south of the Red River Delta. Currently, Ri chicken in the North is being purchased by traders at around 50,000 – 51,000 VND/kg.
The price of Mia chicken in the North decreased on April 7th. Specifically, the price of Mia chicken in the North decreased by 1,500 VND/kg compared to the previous day, currently selling at around 49,500 – 51,000 VND/kg.
The price of Minh Du chicken on April 7th showed mixed trends. The Central region continued to maintain its price today, fluctuating between 43,000 – 44,000 VND/kg. In the Southeast region, prices decreased slightly by 500 VND/kg in most provinces, with Minh Du chicken currently being purchased at around 37,000 – 38,000 VND/kg. In the Southwest region, prices increased slightly by 500 VND/kg in some provinces, bringing the buying and selling price in this area to 39,000 – 40,500 VND/kg.
Duck meat prices on April 7th showed a downward trend in the Northern and Central regions but remained stable in the Southern provinces. Accordingly, duck meat prices in the North decreased slightly by 500 VND/kg to 33,000 – 34,000 VND/kg. In the Central region, prices decreased by 1,000 – 2,000 VND/kg to 36,000 – 39,000 VND/kg. No price changes were recorded in the Southern region; traders are currently buying at around 38,000 – 40,000 VND/kg in the Southeast and 42,000 – 43,000 VND/kg in the Southwest.
