1.PIG PRICE
Positive signs were observed in the Central region, while other regions showed little change compared to the previous trading session. Pork prices on the market are currently fluctuating between 62,700 and 67,000 VND/kg, a slight increase of nearly 500 VND/kg compared to April 1st, but still about 500 VND/kg lower than last week.
Northern region: No price fluctuations were recorded on April 3rd; the overall price level in the region remains around 62,000 – 63,000 VND/kg, a level comparable to that recorded at the same time last week.
Central and Central Highlands regions: A price increase of 500 VND/kg was recorded in some provinces in the South Central region. Currently, live pig prices are trading in the range of 63,000 – 65,500 VND/kg, a slight increase of 300 VND/kg compared to April 2nd, but still nearly 1,500 VND/kg lower than last week.
Southern regions: Prices remain stable in most provinces and cities. Traders are currently purchasing live pigs at around 66,000-67,000 VND/kg, still about 500 VND/kg lower than the same time last week.
Live pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed’s standard process and receiving positive feedback from traders, are currently selling at a price 500-1,000 VND/kg higher than the average price offered by other companies.

2.POULTRY PRICE
Ri chicken prices increased slightly by 500 VND/kg in the Southern Red River Delta provinces. Currently, Ri chickens in the North are being purchased by traders at around 49,500-51,000 VND/kg.
Northern Mia chicken prices remained stable on April 3rd. Accordingly, the selling price of Mia chicken in the North is currently in the range of 51,000-53,000 VND/kg.
Minh Du chicken prices decreased on April 3rd in the Southern region. Specifically, Minh Du chicken prices in the Southern provinces recorded a decrease of 1,000-1,500 VND/kg on April 3rd, bringing the buying and selling price in this area down to 37,000-39,500 VND/kg. Central region prices continued to remain stable on April 3rd, currently fluctuating between 43,000-44,000 VND/kg.
Duck meat prices on April 3rd showed an upward trend across the country, with a particularly sharp increase in the Southern provinces. Market reports indicate that duck meat prices in the North increased slightly by 500 VND/kg to 28,500 – 29,500 VND/kg. The Central region saw an increase of 1,000 – 2,000 VND/kg, reaching 33,000 – 34,000 VND/kg. The Southeast region experienced a sharp increase of 3,000 – 4,000 VND/kg, exceeding 39,000 – 40,000 VND/kg. The Southwest region saw a dramatic increase of over 6,000 VND/kg, pushing prices across the entire region to 41,000 – 43,000 VND/kg.
