JOB DESCRIPTION
Check and enter each sow's ear number for mating, farrowing, and weaning of each farm, check if the pigs have problems (cramps, inflammation, abortion) to make data for cost accounting.
Check and monitor the number of dead pigs by age, enter data into the reproductive index table for the technical team
Update data on pigs (dead, sold, type, age of pigs) to provide data for the business department to plan pig sales.
Monitor sows that inseminate PIC pigs for pregnancy rate by farm, pregnancy rate by boar line, average number of piglets born, weaned pigs and weight. Statistics on the number of doses of PIC semen each pig produced in the month.
Report the actual amount of pig feed fed by week of age compared to the company's standard table, report pig weight compared to week of age.
Monitor and receive monthly orders for feed, medicine, and livestock equipment for the Statistics Supervisor to plan purchases and coordinate with the farm to avoid inventory or shortage of feed and medicine at the farm
Make monthly import and export documents for medicine, feed, and livestock equipment for the farms
Enter, check, and separate documents to send reports to the Accountant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in office computer.
Knowledge of livestock and veterinary industry.
Honest, careful, able to analyze and process data.
Graduated from intermediate level or higher in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Husbandry, Accounting.
Live on the farm
Be willing to learn and be trained.
