Nationwide pork purchase prices currently range from 56,000 to 58,000 VND\/kg, averaging 56,500 VND\/kg, a decrease of 750 VND\/kg compared to September 26th and 1,500 VND\/kg lower than the same period last week.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Northern region: Average pork price reached 56,500 VND\/kg, a decrease of 1,000 VND\/kg compared to September 26th and 2,500 VND\/kg lower than the same period last week. Transaction prices fluctuated between 56,000 and 57,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Central and Central Highlands Region: The average price of live pigs reached VND 57,000\/kg, a decrease of VND 1,000\/kg compared to September 26th and VND 1,000\/kg lower than the same period last week. Purchase prices fluctuated between VND 56,500 and VND 57,500\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Southern Region: The average price in the Southeast region reached VND 57,000\/kg, a decrease of VND 250\/kg compared to September 26th and VND 500\/kg lower than the same period last week. The average price in the Southwest region reached VND 57,000\/kg, a decrease of VND 750\/kg compared to September 26th and VND 1,000\/kg lower than the same period last week. Transaction prices in the Southern region currently fluctuate between VND 56,000 and VND 58,000\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>The price of GF24 piglets (raised according to GREENFEED standards) is currently 58,000 VND\/kg, a decrease of 1,000 VND\/kg compared to September 26th. Duck meat prices increased slightly in the Northern and Southern provinces.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ri chicken price in the North decreased by 750 VND\/kg compared to September 26, currently trading between 46,000 &#8211; 47,500 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>The price of Mia chicken in the North decreased by 250 VND\/kg compared to September 26, currently fluctuating between 47,000 &#8211; 48,500 VND\/kg. In the Central region, the price of Mia chicken increased by 1,000 VND\/kg, currently reaching 43,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>The national average price of Minh Du chicken reached 39,000 VND\/kg, unchanged compared to September 26. The Central region increased by 500 VND\/kg, currently trading between 38,000 &#8211; 42,000 VND\/kg. Southeast region decreased by 500 VND\/kg, currently around 38,000 &#8211; 38,500 VND\/kg. The Southwest did not record any fluctuations, commonly in the range of 37,500 &#8211; 38,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>The average price of duck meat nationwide reached 38,500 VND\/kg, an increase of 250 VND\/kg compared to September 26. The North increased by 250 VND\/kg, currently trading between 41,000 &#8211; 42,000 VND\/kg. The Central region keeps the price in the range of 32,500 &#8211; 36,500 VND\/kg. The Southeast increased by 250 VND\/kg, currently reaching\u00a0 500 &#8211; 36,500 VND\/kg.
