The price across the region is currently fluctuating between 68,500 &#8211; 70,000 VND\/kg, nearly 1,900 VND\/kg higher than the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Central and Central Highlands regions: A slight increase of 500 VND\/kg was recorded in some provinces of the North Central region. Currently, traders are buying live pigs at around 68,000 \u2013 68,500 VND\/kg, nearly 100 VND\/kg higher than the price recorded in the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Southern region: Live pig prices remained unchanged on May 21st. Traders are currently buying pigs at around 68,500 &#8211; 69,000 VND\/kg, nearly 200 VND\/kg lower than the price recorded in the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Live pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed&#8217;s standard process, with meat quality receiving many positive reviews from traders, are currently selling at a price 500 &#8211; 1,000 VND\/kg higher than the average price of other companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7184\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenfeed.com.vn\/thuc-an-chan-nuoi-gia-suc-gia-cam\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2aOboQXxAYxi7BnLieT6UAPSvmH4htN7CDdsq03c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1858\" height=\"2560\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>2.POULTRY PRICE<\/h2>\n<p>Chicken prices decreased on May 21st in the Northern and Southeastern regions, but increased in the Western provinces. Meanwhile, duck meat prices also showed positive developments in the Northern provinces, while slightly decreasing in the South.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Northern Ri chicken prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday, with traders currently buying Ri chicken at around 50,500 \u2013 52,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Northern Mia chicken prices decreased by 500 VND\/kg on May 21st. Accordingly, the price level for Mia chicken in the North is currently around 50,000 \u2013 51,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Minh Du chicken prices continued to remain stable in the Central provinces, fluctuating between 44,500 \u2013 46,500 VND\/kg. The Southeast region recorded a decrease of 500-1,000 VND\/kg on May 21st, currently at 42,000-44,000 VND\/kg. Conversely, the Southwest region recorded an increase of 500 VND\/kg compared to yesterday, with traders currently buying at around 43,500-44,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Duck meat prices on May 21st showed mixed trends. The North continued to increase by 500-1,000 VND\/kg on May 21st, pushing prices up to 28,500-29,000 VND\/kg. The Central region remained unchanged, with prices fluctuating between 29,500-32,000 VND\/kg.
