The price difference between the North and South has narrowed significantly, now only 1,000 \u2013 2,000 VND\/kg.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Northern region: Live pig prices continue to hold steady today, May 15th, fluctuating between 67,500 &#8211; 68,000 VND\/kg, nearly 1,000 VND\/kg higher than the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Central and Central Highlands regions: No price fluctuations were recorded in today&#8217;s trading session. Traders in the region are currently purchasing live pigs at around 68,000 \u2013 68,500 VND\/kg, a price still nearly 500 VND\/kg higher than last week.<\/li>\n<li>Southern regions: Prices remained stable on May 15th. Traders are currently purchasing pigs at around 68,500 &#8211; 69,000 VND\/kg, a price similar to that recorded during the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Live pigs of the GF24 generation, raised according to Greenfeed&#8217;s standard process, with meat quality receiving many positive reviews from traders, are currently selling at a price 500 &#8211; 1,000 VND\/kg higher than the average price of other companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7053\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greenfeed.com.vn\/thuc-an-chan-nuoi-gia-suc-gia-cam\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2aOboQWYwGseq67ciKQmP9cZLhNIEb2ZmYJm7CSW.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1858\" height=\"2560\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>2.POULTRY PRICE<\/h2>\n<p>Prices for Ri Lai and Mia Lai chickens increased again in the North on May 15th, while Minh Du chicken prices slightly decreased in the South. In addition, duck meat prices also saw a slight decrease in the North and North Central provinces. Other regions recorded no price fluctuations on May 15th.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ri Lai chicken prices in the North today, May 15th, increased by 500-1,000 VND\/kg compared to yesterday, with traders currently buying Ri Lai chickens at around 49,500-51,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Mia Lai chicken prices in the North also increased by 500 VND\/kg in the provinces north of the Red River. Accordingly, the average price of Mia Lai chicken in the North is currently around 51,000-52,000 VND\/kg.<\/li>\n<li>Minh Du chicken prices decreased in the South. Accordingly, Minh Du chicken prices in the Central provinces remained stable on May 15th, with the average price across the region currently at 43,500 \u2013 45,500 VND\/kg. In the Southern provinces, Minh Du chicken prices recorded a slight decrease of 500 VND\/kg, down to 43,000 \u2013 45,000 VND\/kg in the Southeast region and approximately 43,500 \u2013 44,000 VND\/kg in the Southwestern provinces.<\/li>\n<li>Duck meat prices on May 15th recorded a decrease in the Northern provinces. Specifically, duck prices in the North today decreased by 1,000 VND\/kg compared to yesterday, currently at 26,000 \u2013 27,000 VND\/kg. In the Central region, prices decreased by 500 VND\/kg in some provinces of the North Central region, currently being purchased at around 30,500 \u2013 32,500 VND\/kg.
