The Southern region continues to maintain the highest prices nationwide.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the Northern region: live pig prices remained stable on May 8th, currently trading at around 66,500 \u2013 67,000 VND\/kg, nearly 3,000 VND\/kg higher than the same period last week.<\/li>\n<li>Central and Central Highlands regions: prices increased slightly by 500 VND\/kg in most provinces and cities. Traders in the region are currently buying live pigs at around 68,000 \u2013 68,500 VND\/kg, nearly 1,700 VND\/kg higher than last week.<\/li>\n<li>Southern regions: prices remained stable today, May 8th.
